Division 0110 builds the skylines across West Michigan. As a part of our team, you will experience the gratification of constructing landmark buildings knowing they are the result of your grit and dedication. Your hands will develop projects that begin with an empty hole in the ground and end by occupying city blocks that tower over the streetscape, expand across acres of once undeveloped land, and change the look of neighboring communities with every yard of concrete poured. This team is comprised of individuals who understand hard work and dedication.

Your Primary Responsibilities

Pour, level, and finish freshly placed concrete.
Understand and achieve specified finishes, with attention to detail and quality.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including a hard hat, high-visibility apparel, and additional protection as required by the task.
Work in a variable environment, both indoors and outdoors. Work during inclement weather when required, including extreme heat/cold.
Communicate effectively with your crew lead, foreman, and superintendent on safety, quality specifications, and problem-solving.

Requirements

2-4+ Years' experience as a concrete finisher.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a drug screen.
Personal gear such as steel-toe work & rubber boots, measuring tape, hammer, & hammer holster are required on your first day.
Personal gear such as rubber boots, trowels, & a utility knife will be needed shortly after being hired.

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with power trowel.
Experience setting up forms.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30.
