Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Pour, level, and finish freshly placed concrete.
  • Understand and achieve specified finishes, with attention to detail and quality.
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including a hard hat, high-visibility apparel, and additional protection as required by the task.
  • Work in a variable environment, both indoors and outdoors. Work during inclement weather when required, including extreme heat/cold.
  • Communicate effectively with your crew lead, foreman, and superintendent on safety, quality specifications, and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ Years' experience as a concrete finisher.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen.
  • Personal gear such as steel-toe work & rubber boots, measuring tape, hammer, & hammer holster are required on your first day.
  • Personal gear such as rubber boots, trowels, & a utility knife will be needed shortly after being hired.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with power trowel.
  • Experience setting up forms.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30.
